Terms and Conditions

When shopping and browsing on siff.bigcartel.com you automatically accept the Terms and Conditions. I, therefore, recommend that you read the terms and conditions before placing an order.


SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

I currently ship to Denmark, Germany and the European Union. From the time you place an order, you will recieve an order confirmation by email and when your order is packed and ready to be dispatched, you will recieve an additional email with tracking number and expected delivery. 

All shipping and delivery goes trough GLS and is paid by the consumer of the product. Delivery timeframe is expected to be 3-5 working days but can varies e.g. during holidays, it may take longer than 5 days to fulfill orders, in which case I will notify you via email. 

Shipping costs depend on your shipping country, and this cost will be calculated at checkout.


PICK UPS

If you wish to pick up your order, your are also welcome to do so at my studio at Rungsted Plads 1, st 2200 København N. For further agreement, please contact me at [email protected] to ensure that I'm available. You will be able to select pickup as a method in checkout. 

All orders are fulfilled and ready for either pick up or shipping within 3-5 days, unless otherwise stated on the product’s page. All orders are wrapped securely.

Please bear in mind that I am a one-woman business, and therefore longer responses and delivery may occur.


PAYMENT

When purchasing on my website you authorize SIFF to make a withdrawal from your credit card. 

I use Stripe as a payment provider, and I accept payment by Visa and Mastercard amongst others. You can also pay with Paypal. If you’re experiencing trouble with your payment, please contact me.

All prices on the website are listed in Danish kroner (DKK) and include Danish VAT which is 25%. Orders placed within the European Union should not be subject to any additional taxes.

SIFF cannot be held responsible for any delay at customs or extra charges applied. 

RETURNS 

If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can return the items and cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received your order. Send me an email at hello@siffpristed immediately and no later than 14 days after you have received your order if you have any products you wish to return. Please include your order number in the email.

Note that the shipping costs for your return will not be refunded by SIFF and the shipping cost on the original order will not be refunded.

Orders returned to SIFF because they have not been picked up at the post office or any other pick-up points will be handled as a return parcel, meaning that the original shipping cost and the return cost will not be refunded.

Please note the products have to be returned in the same condition as when they were purchased. Any used or broken product packaging, damaged goods or products that show signs of wear and use will not be accepted. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the goods are received in the same condition as when purchased.

If your order is damaged upon delivery, please contact me at [email protected] as soon as possible (within 24 hours) and attach a photo of the damaged item inside the original box (important) and I will do my best to help you, and when possible replace your purchase.

REPAIR

Do to every style is handmade and one of a kind, I offer a repairservice, with in the first 3 years of purchased, might it happen that the product needs some kind of repair. Please contact me at [email protected] for further agreement, do you wish to get a purchased product repaired.

SIFF and my partners comply to follow the legislation in the field of protection of personal data. We are responsible and committed to protecting the personal information provided to us in connection with online shopping.

I collect your name, e-mail address and postal address when you shop with me online. This information is necessary for me to process and ship your order properly.
